Refund policy
Returns
At Arpinō, we carefully curate every piece, and certain items require special handling. We have a 1-week return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@arpinomoda.com. Returns can be sent via mail or dropped off at our Toronto showroom by appointment.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Accessories: For hygiene reasons, these are non-returnable.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Garments: Any customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@arpinomoda.com.
